The 37 year-old ploughed vines of our SAINT-VÉRAN CLIMAT « En Combe » lie on the outstanding slope of Chasselas, facing South. They draw minerality and fruit from this great terroir. The high level of iron oxide gives the wine its potential for ageing. Always a little austere when young, this is a great wine able to open up after 2 to 3 years in bottle.

		Vinification & Ageing : Hand-picked grapes, whole berries pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months
