MÂCON VILLAGES Cuvée « Terroirs du Mâconnais »

Yes we could call it a « mere » Mâcon-Villages. Yet it comes from  old vines whose hand-picked grapes ripened well and were pressed slowly and softly. The wine then vinified and aged (wild yeasts naturally present on the  skins) in « pièces bourguignonnes » (228 litre oak barrels) for 10 months. Showing fruit, very round and easy to drink. To open a bottle of this wine, you will only require a scenic place, some tasty country bread and some goat cheese, why not one made in the high hills of the Mâconnais. There you are ; enjoy…

  Technical notes:
  A blend from various terroirs of the Mâconnais
  Vinification & Ageing : Hand-picked grapes, whole berries pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months
