This is not a new Cuvée but it was not sold in France until recently. Most part of our  Mâcon-Villages is a blend of our barrels of Viré-Clessé « La Verchère », Saint-Véran « En Combe », Pouilly-Fuissé « En Carementrant », etc. that we think are « not right enough » to bear the name « grande cuvée ». but do not be mislead, this is excellent wine far from the beaten tracks of ordinary plonk ! It is ideal with goat cheese frol the Mâconnais !

		Vinification & Ageing : Hand-picked grapes, whole berries pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months
